The kitchen was "modernised" in the early 1970's.
Now freshly painted and updated, the fully equipped kitchen features a modern electric stove, 2 fridges (and 1 top freezer) and a microwave to make self catering for your group easy.

However, there is no dishwasher (they weren't common in the 70's).

You'll find everything you need to cater for your retreat including pots & pans, electric frypan, rice cooker, slow cooker, toaster & sandwich toaster, electric pizza cooker, assorted crockery including wine glasses, 

Dishwashing & cleaning supplies as well mozzie sprays are included

.

A selection of complimentary pantry supplies may include local milk & cheese (usually Scenic Rim 4Real), fresh baked bread, seasonings, oils, butter, local jam, cold water in the fridge & ice cube trays.

The kitchen includes an Aldi coffee machine (with a selection of pods), a milk warmer and sachets of tea, coffee and sugar for your convenience upon arrival.

The kitchen retains a combustion wood heater for heating during the cooler months, and ceiling fans for summer.
